Mazzer Super Jolly Doserless Mod and Single Dosing Kit with Spring Knocker

This is a doser replacement plate + funnel for a Mazzer Super Jolly grinder. Getting rid of the wasteful and annoying doser will transform the grinder into an excellent machine for home use - and the rest of the single dosing kit will convert the grinder into something resembling a DF64 but cheaper and arguably more reliable too! This funnel will not fit other grinder models, ONLY for the Super Jolly.

The funnel and bean collar will be printed using eSun PLA+ which is a food safe material!

The base kit will include the funnel and a knocker for stubbon grounds. It will come assembled but you need to slide the knocker off so you can access the bottom screw holes on the funnel for installation. The screw I'm including on the knocker will be an m3 size allen key screw. Don't over-tighten when re-installing and keep fingers clear when using the knocker!

The single dosing conversion kit will include -

Bean Collar to reduce retention inside the throat of the grinder.

Angled feet that will angle the entire grinder forward in order to assist the grounds with falling from the funnel - you will need a pretty thin and long screwdriver (my machine uses flathead screws) to install the back feet!

The bellows will force air through the machine in order to remove any additional grounds retention.

The funnel and bean collar are printed in PLA+ and will be colour matched with your selection. Angled feet and knocker are black PETG Carbon Fiber for increased strength and longevity. Bellows is flexible black TPU. 

No screws for the funnel plate are included, you simply re-use the screws already securing the doser!

Be mindful these are unprocessed 3d printed items and may have small blemishes under close inspection. The funnel will have marks on its backside from the 3d print process that are not visible after installation. You can be assured I won't send you an item that I wouldn't be happy with if I had purchased it for myself.
