Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time. Estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are free Australia-wide there is also the option of Express shipping for $10 AUD. Overseas is a flat $30 AUD rate to all available countries.

We offer standard and express shipping options via Australia Post for Domestic customers. Overseas customers are only sent via Australia Post International Standard.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard (Domestic): 2–7 business days

Express (Domestic): 1–3 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your item is small enough to fit in a envelope we will likely send it via untracked envelope stamp post.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but we’ll assist in tracking and resolution.
