At ModWave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please use the contact form.

Consumer Guarantees

Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, meaning customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.
