Fully extend the adjustment poles

Identify the matte and shiny side of the strap (may be hard to tell on the lighter colours, matte side has visibly thicker lines). I recommend installing with the matte side down (touching your head)

Pull the strap clips around the adjustment poles on both sides

Now take the clips and pull them over the strap clips on the outside. The easiest way to get these on is to hook in one side and then grab the other side and bend back slightly while pulling it on. Don't worry about it breaking, it's very durable!

Check that each side is nice and flat. If the outside clip is sticking outward, then the strap clip likely slipped while you were installing the outside clip.

Adjust back and enjoy all-day comfort! You probably want to go up at least one notch of adjustment with the strap installed
